How I can calibrate an Acu-Rite Wireless Indoor / Outdoor Temp Springfield an accurate thermometer thermometer?
I have a project incubator, and I have two thermometers as a control between them. But as 4 + grades are crazy! The two are digital and have no visible probes, so I dont know how to calibrate. Right now a submerged in the snow, and I'm waiting for it to reach 32 degrees. Is this right? Thanks!
The water freezes and boils water at a different temperature. with altitude. So I guess a liquid thermometer would be best. The way things is to get the standard time. and pressure. STP. Only a metal thermometer work. The thermometer must be an STP. Snow is not at 32 degrees because there is a triple point when the water is not solid liquid or vapor. That is something very strange in the water. So there are many factors to be taken into account, which really can not get the correct temperature. for a long period of time.
