Can you restore loft to a sleeping bag kept too long on a stock compression? If so, how?

I Have A Nice, 0 º High Peak sleeping bag, but unfortunately we realized that after a camping trip last winter (the last time we went camping in cold weather enough to use this bag), is ignored in the process of unpacking and was accidentally placed in a compression bag for almost a year. I know this is death to insulation capacity of a sleeping bag, but there is a way to restore some or all of the gallery? That washing the bag in a front loader followed by a shot in front loading dryer cold air bring back some of the pocket against the cold (the bag is machine washable). PS – The good news is that I know it was dry when it was loaded, because it was a trip especially dry and little moisture in the soil or air). Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

Normally, just go out and let you relax it will return to normal in a couple of days, usually get most of his back in a loft of several hours (the longer its best) and be very useful, however, need to be done faster than having a common laundry and fire sponge slow or medium for 10-15 minutes in his large dryers probably do the trick.
