"I can use vegetable oil instead of Olive Oil in a baking recipe?
I want to make polenta cake orange cranberry. The recipe for oil olive, and author of NO reccommends cousin Extra virgin olive oil flavor is too strong, but just to use regular olive oil. Now, I have oil extra virgin olive oil, but usually not. I have also vegetable oil. What should I use?
It should not matter. They are right in saying that the extra olive oil Virgin has a strong flavor, but no differences in both the other types of oil that some nutritional differences and boiling temperatures (olive oil has a temperature lower boiling for extra virgin birth and increased extra). An oil may be comparable to corn oil, however, I can use canola oil for all my baking. Vegetable oil is a mixture, but should not affect your result. Sounds delicious, indeed!
