Can anybody reccomend a good cut of beef that will cook well on a disposable barbecue?
My friends and I are planning to have a bbq on the beach shortly and I can’t find any information about the best way to cook beef on a disposable barbecue o_O. Is it even possible? Can anybody give me some hints or recipes :] They’d be very helpful, thankyou
Why not try cooking some ribs on the BBQ (Pork spare ribs). They are much cheaper than beef and will cook better as they have a higher fat content for the BBQ.
Mix 4oz of tomatoe ketchup, a good slug of beer (about 4 fluid oz.), a couple of chopped garlic cloves, some chilli (dried works better as the fresh chilli can burn) and some salt and pepper. Put it all in a big bag and give it a good squilsh (is that a word lol). Stick your ribs in then leave overnight to marinade.
Take them to your BBQ in the bag and place directly onto the hot BBQ with the sauce still sticking to them. Cook until charred and crispy.
