If you had 35 thousand dollars for your wedding, would you save most of the money or spend on celebration?
Imagine your parents handed you thirty-five thousand dollars to use for your wedding. Would you spend it on a beautiful party to impress your guests, or would you have an inexpensive wedding and keep most of the cash? Would you invest the money? Put it toward a piece of property/home? Show off to your friends by showing up in a limo or booking a nice hotel or other venue? Or just have a nice barbecue? It is a decent amount of money considering the average American may have to work about a year to earn that amount. What would you do?
I would have a very inexpensive wedding, and save the rest of the money for buying a house. I would have a nice bbq for the reception.
