Do you barbecue in the winter?

Yes, older people living in warmer climates can also respond. How many of you get all wrapped in a warm jacket, toque, mittens and go out and light the barby? I used to roast (meat) on the barby, and throughout the winter as well. You just leave so nice IMO. Now do not even have a barbecue, to miss the last time I moved, I think one of the children "borrowed" than. I hope I can affford new one this summer, I love to salmon and vegetables in it – and roasts. Grilled yams, Yummie I have had the BBQ going when its-20C! And where do you live? I am Canadian

We BBQ all year – and I live in cold weather in the Midwest. I even have a heavy coat I start to run out in turn, meat, etc. We just got a craving for food cooked on the grill and nothing else will. Furthermore, we like a salad and grilled bread with no meat, so it is much cleaner if off the grill. As a side note, one spring day, took the cover off the grill and opened the lid and had 4 or 5 small birds baby in a nest! We are easy prey for the animals, so do not grill for about 6 weeks. Next, the grill was a mess we've bought a new one. It was funny because we were discussing how our grill was old and we need a new about a month before finding baby birds.
