need help to smoke a turkey?
I am ok to smoke my first Thanksgiving turkey and I have my charcoal and I have a 12-pound turkey and got this kit smoking which has oak finish barbecue basting spray brine and smoke pellets by an injector nut and spices Cajuan a trigger spray and got my pan aluminum to put the turkey in What I put in the aluminum pan before the turkey hit that can help me do homework at all what I have or any idea how please help me do this before Thanksgiving, I want to do something good for my family
