What is the best recipe for Homemade Bread all the potatoes?

I love potato bread and potato rolls, especially of potato rolls Martin and whole wheat potato bread. However, I would like to bake bread at home. I am looking for all the BEST homemade potato bread recipe wheat. The best answer will be as thorough and informative as possible while assuming I know little or nothing From Home or baking bread. Egg whites GLAZE: 1 / 4 c. skim milk Makes 4 loaves. 12 slices of bread. 2 slices per serving. Grease two baking sheets large and a large bowl with vegetable oil spray. Aside. In a large bowl, combine whole wheat flour and all purposes. In another large bowl, combine yeast, honey, salt and 1 1 / 2 cups flour combined. In a 2-quart saucepan, combine mashed potatoes, milk, butter and water. Heats over medium-high heat until very hot, 120 to 130 degrees, stirring frequently. Butter is not necessary to melt completely. With an electric mixer at low speed, whisk the liquid ingredients to dry ingredients. Add the egg whites, increase mixer speed to medium and beat 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Beat in 1 cup of flour to make a thick paste; Beat 2 minutes more. Stir in 3 cups of flour. Turn the dough on a well floured board. Knead the extent of the remaining 2 1 / 2 cups of flour to make soft but not sticky, dough. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes or until smooth and elastic. Form a ball and place in container greased, turning to cover all sides. Cover the dish with a clean towel and put in a warm, draft free to rise, 1 1 / 2 hours or until doubled in volume. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface, knead and punch in the large air bubbles. Divide the dough into four equal parts. Shape each part in a loaf of bread and place in greased tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cool on racks or serve warm.
