Which is better, a home gym or weights?

All I want to do is get in shape, like what you see in the mirror better. But I think I get more complete training with a Bowflex. Also, do not have a gym at home to promote proper form and such? Be honest, Should I buy some weights and a bank?

As someone who works outside all the time I can honestly say that a home gym, like a Bowflex is better. Weights do a great job target groups specific muscles, but a Bow flex, depending on which is obtained, can reach all major groups and some more of those under age too. You also should strive to work cardio into your routine and get the most important muscle to work well, Your Heart. A Bowflex also help you work the way it is very important not to hurt yourself. I think that Bowflex has a DVD that you can get that will show you proper form. We also try to work in front of a mirror to see if you are doing well or get a training partner (highly recommended) Good luck.
