Do you turn the water filter / membrane upon from time to time increase the efficiency of your humidifier?
I have a Honeywell portable unit (which is estimated at 11 gallons). Turning the filter seems to be working on. Every couple of hours back filter / membrane on the production and the humidity has increased by 5%. I think that allows water that has saturated the filter base to be fed by gravity across the surface when turned over allowing more moisture to be transferred in the air through the fan. What are your thoughts on this?
