What to do in your breadmaker, bread also (and the elements in the Recipe Book)?
where can I get fresh yeast and how I make a cool setting to dry in the recipe. Canadian outlets if you know. I use dry yeast, but it just does not smell or taste like fresh bread from zero, Thoth would be better living yeast
Buy dry yeast in the bottle, kept for longer. You can buy at any grocery store and there one especially for bread machines. I use the dough setting to have burgers and cinnamon buns. Very handy as I have trouble knead by hand for 10 minutes now.
