How can I make a dough Ice Cream cake without using a mixture of store-bought cake?
I have a recipe for vanilla ice cream but I like to use store bought cake mix, because it is so bad for you, and I was wondering if anyone knew what could be a replacement for it? For example, take a favorite cake recipe and make it only with the dry ingredients, or use only the amount of flour, sugar and extract, or whatever. Do not want a cake recipe …. I want to know what parts of i typical dessert recipes must maintain and / or omitting the time to make ice cream. In addition, anyone who has like a box of mix cake could read some of the main components and would also be useful!
