Betty Crocker Cookbook Recipe for chicken & dumplings?
I had this cookbook years ago. I just need the dumplings part – I know it consists of flour, milk, Baking Powder & salt. Any help with this would be Appreciated!!! Thnx!!
Dumplings
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour * (* if using self-rising flour, omit the baking powder and salt.)
2 tsps. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsps shortening
3/4 c. milk
Measure flour, baking powder and salt into bowl. Cut in shortening thoroughly until mixture looks like meal. Stir in the milk.
