New Betty Crocker Cookbook Healthy choices?

I have that cookbook, is it? 3 cups vegetable broth 2 cups chopped carrot 1 cup chopped celery 1 / 2 cup chopped onion 1 pkg. (10 oz.) Frozen chopped broccoli 1 / 2 teaspoon salt 1 / 4 teaspoon pepper 2 cups lowfat milk 1 / 4 cup flour 1.5 cups (6 ounces) reduced-fat Swiss cheese Heat the broth, carrots, celery, onion, broccoli in a Dutch Oven, reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes. Stir the flour and milk, stir it, heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute, stirring. Divide the cheese among 4 bowls, ladle hot soup over. I have the vegetable stock recipe here too, if you need it.
