Tuna and the Cedar plank?
How long do I cook and at what temperature for tuna on the Cedar Plank? And if you have a recipe with herbs for it I am up to trying new things.
It depends where you cook it, in the oven 400 d F and soak the wood for 30 minutes in cool water, herb, I use fresh, like rosemary and oregano, with a bit of oil on them so they emit all there aromas, if you do it on the bbq, then cook it on medium, for medium doneness I would cook it on either device for only 15 minutes, serve alone or make a Olive Oil sauce or butter and olive oil with a bit of garlic.
