Does cooked fish taste like what it smells like when cooking?
I’m a vegan….but my doc told me to start eating fish……but it smells disgusting…I reaaaally hope it doesn’t taste like that…..help me i don’t wanna eat meat but also don’t want to die!

Try getting a hold of Icelandic Cod, Haddock, Halibut, Sea Bream(or Striped Sea Bass), or Maui Maui. If these fish are properly handled they will not smell fishy and even vegans will find them on the bland side and quite agreeable.
On the other hand, Salmon, Sword Fish, Sole, Snapper, Rock Cod, Grouper, Tuna and some of the other more popular fish may be a bit too fishy for your taste. Bufallo, Cat Fish and some of the others are very strong indeed. Stay away.
Personally I like squid, crab, and scallops, muscles(spelling?0, and clams. They can be quite strong!
