i have two 8lb turkey breasts that i am cooking in a roaster @ 350 degrees. How long should I cook them?
I know to use a Meat Thermometer but about how long will it take? I have family coming & I don’t want people sitting around waiting for the bird boobs to be served. help please!
3.5 hours for 2 birds but you might want to turn it down to 325 to prevent drying
