Is Philadelphia Cream cheese or soft cheese? Or is it the same?
Im planning to make a carrot cake for my baby's first birthday and to make the glaze I need to use cream cheese. I went to Tesco to buy some, but all I could find was Philadelphia soft cheese, it said. Does be used as a cream cheese or cream cheese is in real time.
