Bfast:Cantaloupe,Blueberries,,Bananas,Honeydew melon……Cube melons, slice bananas and toss in blueberries. Add 1/4 c milk w/dash of vanilla. Toss and refrigerate and serve w/thin slices of cheddar.

Lunch: Soak and later cook pinto beans until soft. Add 2 cloves of roasted garlic(roasted w/sunflower seed oil)add 2 ears of roasted corn from the cob and sliced off in strips. Serve in lettuce leaves. Scatter small amount of toasted sunflower seed on top.

Snack: toast sunflower seedsw/rye until golden. Season w/cumin and tumeric. let cool and snack on.

Dinner: Soak scallops in milk seasoned w/tumeric. set aside.
Steam cauliflower until soft. Mash with masher and milk until consistency of mashed potatoes. Add shredded cheddar cheese. If dry add a drop or two of corn oil. Add remaining corn from lunch and blend well .Set aside. Keep warm
Saute mushrooms in sunflower oil on low heat until soft. Season with roasted garlic. Set aside.Keep warm.
Remove scallops from milk and toss lightly in tumeric just for color. Sear on a very hot, greased grill pan until no longer opaque, turning 1/2 way through for grill marks on either side. Do not overcook. Place lettuce leaves on plate, spoon mushrooms into leaf center and place scallops on top. Place remaining thin slices of honeydew around the scallops for color. Serve cauliflower on the side of the plate.
