Does anyone have a cookbook latest Betty Crocker?
If so could you give me the recipe for "Southwestern Cheese Steak Supper"? The edition I have does not contain the recipe. Thank you.
Southwestern Cheese Steak Dinner Serves: 4 Print this recipe preparation time: 20 min; of cooking: 25 min 1 pounds fillet of beef tenderloin, boneless, 3 / 4 inch thick 1 1 / 2 cups mild salsa 1 1 / 2 cups water 1 1 / 2 cups uncooked rotini pasta (5 oz) 8 ounces pasteurized process cheese loaf, cubed (1 cup) 1. Spray 12-inch skillet with cooking spray, heat over medium heat. Cut beef into 4 serving pieces. Cook beef in skillet about 4 minutes, turning once, until browned. Remove meat from pan. 2. Add the sauce and water to skillet. Bring to the boil. Add the pasta. Place meat in mixing the dough. Cover and cook over medium heat 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. 3. Stir in cheese until melted.
