Vegan cookbooks?

My favorites are the Vegetarian Cookbook Vegan Kitchen Donna Klein and Vegan Italiano. I like it because I'm not a fan of soy and other vegan meat substitutes, and I love European cuisine. I wonder if anyone has tried any of the Taste "a vegan …" series of cookbooks by Linda Majzlik. I would like to try "A Vegan Taste of France" and "A Vegan Taste of Greece", but can not find any comprehensive reviews of books. If has used part, the author uses a lot of soy? And how are the recipes in general? Easy to do? Difficult to do? Tasty? Resource Management human? Any input is appreciated.

I "Majzlik Vegan taste of the Caribbean" (which does not help with European cuisine, I know!) And she does not use soybeans in that – most of the ingredients are fresh and unprocessed. The recipes are easy, but some ingredients are a bit exotic and difficult to grasp – But that probably would not be the same for the European books.
