I’m a young mom with a 7 month old daughter, I need fast, easy, meals, somebody help!!!?
I need to find meals that are easy to make, but don’t take a lot of time to bake, I wanna try new things but I don’t have a good imagination when it comes to thinking up new things to cook for dinner. Somebody help we aren’t picky just hungry..lol..
This recipe is always a hit and it can be made with chicken and pork
4 bone-in pork chops
1 cup long grain white rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stick of butter
1 1/2 cans water
Salt and pepper
Use a glass rectangular baking dish. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place the stick of butter in the baking dish and place in the oven while it’s preheating until melted. Meanwhile, mix rice, soup, and water together. Once butter is melted pour rice mixture over butter, mix together. Place pork chops on top of the rice mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with foil and bake for about 45 minutes. Remove foil and cook an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
