Is it bad to eat frozen diet meals Monday through Friday?
Is it bad to eat frozen diet meals Monday through Friday, if it is prcessed that foods with high sodium content. This is the only way to maintain my sewing carlories under control and my weight. Opinions or suggestions???
I know that is easier, but those diet frozen meals are not the healthiest way to Lose Weight – processed, filled with sodium and preservatives. Why not try make Your Own frozen dinners – make a batch of chili in Turkey, or soup, or roast a chicken and vegetables – and freeze in individual portions. If you do not mind eating the same thing, you dont have to freeze, most foods are held for at least 3 days. Having a large salad bowl with lid in the fridge.
