How long do you smoke a pan-sized electricity in a smoker?
I bought a garage sale AA and works well, because my husband smoked a turkey in a few weeks ago. But he's not here and no instructions with it. I only wanted one time to know when start time for dinner (dinner). Thanks in advance for your help!
That depends on how hot you run it (and the size of the bird). You can get exact time relations pound line somewhere. I just want to cook until the juices run clear. Probably 1.5 -2 hours.
