Disposing the autumn / winter blues and feel more motivated? 10 pointer?
Each year during fall and winter I always have very lazy, useless, and the kind of chubby. I tend to eat more, feel ill and sick by bad weather. I need suggestions to make my best seasons and actually have a great holiday season without feeling !!!!! Gross
I suggest to keep warm and out for some sun and fresh air during the autumn and winter. It is a fact that will be out to promote a better overall mood. While you're all tied up and out, why not go for a walk. This will take care of their state of mood and also give you a little exercise during the holiday months. Just a short 30 minutes 3 to 4 times a week will help to maintain weight and not have to worry so by default they roll at dinner or dessert at this event. Hope this helps.
