What is your favorite cookbook vegetarian or vegan?

I just went to a bookstore last night and took new …. my favorite is "The Vegetarian 5-Ingredient Gourmet ". It has lots of quick, interesting recipes. What are your favorites?

For emotional reasons Vegan with a Vengeance "by Isa Chandra Moskowitz. It was the book that made me realize that vegan would be really feasible. I use it a lot, all the love in her, and always have a place in my library and in my heart. I terms of the one I use most often, Isa latest book, "Veganomicon" receives the honor. Only a lot to prove and everything has been great. I had the original Moosewood Cookbook Ever, and even after becoming vegan, I still use some of the recipes, veganized only. The variation of the marinara sauce is great (I only use rice nectar instead of honey.)
