Someone has the Better Homes and Gardens New Cookbook?
I lost the page with the pecan pie recipe. I had to use a different recipe this action thanksgiving and it was horrible! If anyone has this recipe, can you please tell me?
Southern Pecan Pie from BH & G New Cookbook pg 278. Beat 3 eggs completely with 2 / 3 cup sugar. Dash of salt 1 cup dark corn syrup 1 / 3 cup butter or margarine, melted. Add 1 cup walnut halves. Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pastry shell. Bake in moderate oven (350) 50 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool.
