Food for 40 people? Something cheap and easy to please!?
Our school has a birthday lunch this month and next month my group is in charge. We have about 40 people to feed. There are only 5 of us to make dinner, and it's hard to keep things to note in the lounge. (We that use crock pots "We have ovens there). So-We are looking for new ideas to feed all these people. We made sandwiches last year, everyone does barbecue and Mexican food. Anyone have any ideas? (PS None of us are Gourmet Cooks who prefer to buy or at least really Easy Recipes)
How about a baked potato and salad bar? You can have baked potatoes ready to go in the crock pots to keep warm and have exceeded all options available to them. Also do the same with the salad bar – are available from the vegetables and all the ingredients! Or a bar of Nacho chips and has all the ingredients, and you could make Spanish rice in a pot and put pot. I hope this inspires you to motivate you!
