I am launching a backyard party on the night of my yard 25th anniversary of the parents. We are trying to find the most profitable and delicious way of feeding and watering approximately 35 people and 5 children. 1. How Hamburgers / hot dogs / Sausage / Peppers Stea … must buy? 2. Like many I prepared food trays buying gourmet catering company to complement the food, BBQ? 3. Like many snacks and many kinds of snacks and 4. How much drinking? (Non alcoholic and alcoholic) 5. How much money in the budget for all this? The last thing I want to do is leave anyone hungry / thirsty and looking for food …. And if I get prepares a complete meal trays some myself … the amount of food is a complete retention of the tray?

I just made planning my 40th birthday party for 50 people Hubbie. I came with a similar casual menu of burgers and dogs with salad, fries, drinks and sides. Cost reached about $ 5 per person (food will be purchased at Costco and drinks are of the variety of soda). Not sure if I will add entries yet, but are priced in around $ 1-2 per person. Alcohol, I intend to get only a few cases of beer and bottles of wine. Not sure how much its people are going to drink, cost per person will probably last a few dollars per person. In the overall plan to spend at least $ 9 per person, if you add in alcohol and snacks at the food line-up. If you purchase catering trays, must be able to give an estimate of cost per person. Prepare Your Own trays, depending on the size of the trays are. It is difficult say how much food will be held, also depends on the type of food. Some items, like tacos can be stacked, other types of food can not be stacked.
