What is the Best Cookbook for Your Kitchen?
I recently received "The Silver Spoon", and I love it! Some say that couterpart is Italian for "The Joy of Cooking", which is the bible of American Cooking. I'm Chinese and I must say between 1.3 billion of us, we have not been able to sit together to agree on a good cookbook like that. I use (Mrs. Fong) Lisa Yam collection. I recommend them. All of them are in Chinese and English with photos of each dish, some of the most popular even come with Japanese, Korean or Tagalog. What is the best cookbook for your kitchen? I want to find a good book catering for Japanese, Indian, Mexican … Any suggestions?
