What is the best way to grill ribs on a grill pan?
I just bought a kettle grill and would like some Delicious Recipes for ribs!
I want my kettle grill! I use it to slow cook ribs, roasts, chicken, turkey. YUM! See if you can find something called "carbon cowboy "(get it in my grocery store). appears charred wood (is!) and burns much hotter and more coal. Organize all coal is used in a circle around the edge of the grill, leaving a space in the center of a drip pan (I use aluminum plates or pie pans bread). When coal is uniformly bright and hot, pour a liquid into the drip tray (beer is great, but the stock works, too.) This keeps the meat moist. Keep the bottom vents closed and their exits from the top halfway open. Place meat into the pan and cook slowly. Suffice it to your ribs with sauce what you like, and which in turn often so that does not burn. As a boost flavor, you can buy pieces of hickory or mesquite, soaked for about an hour and put them on the coals before adding the meat. This will smoke the meat instead of slow roasting. Enjoy!
