oprah with jessica seinfield and cooking for kids with vegs?
anybody see oprah yesterday with jessica seinfeild and her new cookbook deciptively delicious? Anybody going to buy it? It is creative i must say with pureeing vegetables into everyday dinners you give your kids and them not knowing there is veggies inside!! It’s just a lot of work to puree
Pureeing is super easy really!! all your doing is steaming the veggies (which takes a/b 10 minutes depending on what kind you are steaming) and then throw it in the food processer! There is nothing easier then that! And I like her idea of getting it all done on one doy of the week so it’s ready to used! I love to cook so spending an hour a day doing that would be fun for me! I don’t have kids but my boyfriend, my mom, and I all need to eat better so I’m going to use this on us! I’m going to pick up the book when I get off work…
I really want to try the cookie and brownies!!!!
