the hunger that you get during your pregnancy?
I have stomach growls every 2 hours. If you have food, I'm dying soon after. He should ignore hunger growls. I'm a little skinny girl going down the lane from Humpty Dumpty, because I'm always hungry and "think" I feed the growling. Ladies normal? Should I feed the hungry growls or ignore them (if I just ate).
Im 38 weeks pregnant and Petite myself. If your body is telling you to eat and eat! Its not how much to eat, but what you eat that matters. Throughout my pregnancy i have gone through different stages of appetites have been weeks where virtually have had to force myself to eat and other weeks, Wher feel everything I do is eat!. There were days when you have woken up at 4 am starving and had to eat before I could go to sleep. Be sure to drink plenty of water as thirst can be mistaken as hunger. Eat small meals often – but it also helps with digestion and prevention of gas. I do not know anyone who eats well and never been pregnant or not junk food. Its about moderation. Eat loads of fruits and vegetables, protein and carbohydrates to keep playing. If there was ever a chance to rest some of her pregnancy, and treat yourself occasionally, you will win all weight forms. As for the weight gain will probably be around the belly! Be sure to exercise-walking, swimming, yoga are all great. They help stabilize the weight and make recovery easier. Enjoy your meal and your pregnancy and good luck!
