About yeast free pizza crust fried?

I've been looking online for recipes yeast free pizza crust and I'm thinking of doing a pizza with my leftover Christmas. There are recipes for pizza crust fried by Jamie Oliver and Mark Bittman that yeast use. But I have no yeast in the moment.
