I have to find a good cookbook?
My mother is sick in the hospital and my dad really does cook and want some real food in my body, not only packed lunches or pre-cast or something. I'm only 15 and I have to balance my school work (in the new year) and my exersise and all and still have time to make some healthy food. I need to find a cookbook that has it all, vegitarion dishes, meat dishes, salads and sweets. and that isn't too hard to follow. Thank you!
I'd like to keep your money. So many easy Free Recipes on the web. Avoid pre-packaged frozen dinners / meals / food. They are filled with sodium and preservatives.
