Low calorie meal plans?
I started meeting with a personal trainer this week. I am to eat 5 small meals a day and stay within 1600 calories. I was wondering if anyone knows of a good low calorie cookbook or menu ideas that could help me. Thank you!
Stick to fruit, veg, salad and lean meat. Steaming Veg is a healthier option to boiling as it keeps more of it’s vitamins.
Youghurt is also good for you especially organic. Instead of eating crisps have a handfull of fresh nuts, walnuts, brazils etc….
It’s All About being sensible. Just remember it’s healthy to treat yourself now and again!
