Can anyone recommend a Healthy Eating cookbook?
I am looking for a Healthy Cookbook that doesn’t have the weird ingredients that some of the more trendy cookbooks have. I am from the midwest (minnesota) and we eat a lot of hot dishes and roasts. I want to add more vegetables to my palate and help my family eat healthier. I also am at risk for diabetes, so i am open to lower carb cookbooks. any suggestions? thank you!
Weight Watchers Recipe Books are Very Good. they range from soup books to Homestyle Cooking so you will be able to find what you are loking for. the food is healthy and usually made with common ingredients. The food is not only for people on the diet. It is simply healthy, good tasting food.
