I need Fish Recipes in the oven:?
I have bags and bags of frozen cod, tilapia and flounder in my freezer. I need some other ways of cooking, addition to using only lemon / pepper season and bake for 12 minutes. No amount would be greatly appreciated!
Mix mayonnaise and Lipton onion soup mix, cover the whole fish with the mixture and bake until golden brown. No measure and not the temperature of the oven, just use trial. Me learned this way, too. This is a fool-proof recipe and tastes great.
