How can I tell how much alcohol is in a product i want to sell I'm doing?
I have a business that makes a product that has alcohol as one of the ingredients are cooked but not in the process of … What should I do to ensure that in Oregon it is okay to sell?
Call the commissioner of beer and wine, or whatever you have in Oregon. If you cook out, then you do not have to worry about it. Alcohol cooks out pretty fast.
