When grilling meat or poultry in an oven, what differentiates the brand rack position (lower, middle, upper)?
I tried to roast to the grid for the first time recently. Placement of the grid at the top, the chicken seems to be dark if not blackened golden on top. And I strictly follow the recipe too broadly but said only roast for 20 minutes after mixing all the ingredients of it. What would happen if I can put grid around the middle or bottom in place?
Top the bottom and cook slower than the average rack.
