How do I cook banana and bacon on the barbecue?
I had some at a barbecue once, I'm pretty sure that chunks of banana wrapped in bacon, but I'm not quite sure! (was a while ago) has anyone tried this who can tell me the best way to do it?

Helps to make the bacon as thin as possible both by cutting the fat you can. Makes four ingredients • 4 bananas • 4 slices lean bacon Method 1. Peel the bananas – remove the pieces fibrous and 2 often are bitter. Wrap each banana slice with either a slice, then wrap the lot in tin foil 3. Put a skewer lengthwise through the banana 4. Cooking on the barbecue for about 10 minutes until the auction is done.
