Help! Concrete cookie recipe needed!?
Hello, I need the recipe for pumpkin cookie that is on page 100 of "The New Pillsbury Family Cookbook. I had that recipe for years and now is the only page missing! Although at one time could make heart cookies, I have cooked in years. I would appreciate the recipe much.
Here goes! Cookie Dough: 1 c. Butter 1 cup sugar 1 egg 1 cup pumpkin 1 tsp. 1 teaspoon Baking Powder. 2 cup flour baking soda 1 / 2 tsp. salt 1 / 2 c. nuts 1 / 2 c. 1 tablespoon raisins. Vanilla Cream shortening, sugar and egg. Add the pumpkin. Sift dry ingredients, add. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees, about 10-12 minutes. Cool and ice. Defrost: 3 tbsp. butter 1 / 2 c. 4 tsp brown sugar. 1 cup milk 3 tablespoons powdered sugar. vanilla Cook butter, brown sugar and milk to a boil. Cool and add powdered sugar and vanilla
