Why did the chicken still bloody?
I ran the tube through my i fried chicken leg and only 188F … but when I opened it in the center .. despite all the meat was cooked … there was blood in it … although it was extremely hot … Is it safe? Why are there still if his blood fully cooked?
If the chicken had been previously frozen was not blood, but were leaked from the bones. Its prefectly safe to eat. I've had that happen sometime after slow cooking the chicken until it literally fell into the bone.
