Does anyone have any good recipes for tilapia and whiting fish?
I am looking for a few good recipes for tilapia and whiting … or a site with some good ideas for fish.
You can cook tilapia in many ways. They are often fried, dipped in cornmeal, but it is Very Good baked with lemon pepper or Cajun blackening spices in it it. Not long ago some cooked rice, seasoned with Cajun seasoning, mixed with a package crab meat, a small amount of thawed spinach and a little grated cheddar cheese and a pinch of red pepper, and put in a greased (cooking spray) Pyrex baking dish. Then put thawed Tilapia on top and baked until it was fish. It was very good and my husband loved it. Hope this helps!
