Does anyone know about the painted lines in parking lots which are very slippery when wet?

I am looking for material specifications used and the slip factor of the specific line used in the parking lots of Wal-Mart and Target. I tore knee may slip on the yellow lines in the rain and I do not runnning. I recovered, but if I was older and broke his hip that could have been devastating.
