Can anyone tell me the carrot salad recipe in Jamie Oliver's ministry of Food Book please?
I quickly saw this recipe and thought he looked good, I would like to bring to a potluck dinner, but have forgotten what they need to buy ingredients, apart from that is the carrot. thanks
Ingredients • 6 medium carrots, washed and peeled • a large handful fresh cilantro, leaves picked • 4 tablespoons sesame seeds roasted, or poppy seed dressing • To peel and juice of 1 orange • 2 lemons • extra virgin Olive Oil • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds stacked roasted • Salt and black pepper
