Why salt and baking soda melt ice faster than the black pepper and salt?
I did an experiment and began baking soda and ice salt and black pepper and salt in another baking soda and sodium / salt melt faster processor than the black pepper / salt why?
Sodium bicarbonate is part of sodium as salt and decomposes into ions. This helps the merger process. Pepper is provided with a more complex molecule of bicarbonate soda. It does not break into ions.
