what is the secret to fat burning furnace?
FBF (fat burning furnace) is something I or heard, but have to buy the book for wat c it is and i dont have any money so I was wondering if anyone knew bout it.
The central idea behind fat burning furnace is doing High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). This is not a new idea, but that FBF is required for a whole new level, and it helps that most of the results the minimum amount of time. The basic idea behind HIIT is to push your body to its limit with a few intense repetitions. It breaks down your muscles, and how they same reconstruction, to burn calories and eat up all your fat deposits. It's really effective. FBF HIIT gives a few different workouts that you can use according to their fitness level and whether or not access to a gym, so it's not a one-size-fits-all training program. There is also a part of the diet program that helps feed your body and complement the exercises. It goes into great detail with the portion sizes and quantities and such. I've never really been into all that. Diet is one part well, but the real magic is in the HIIT exercises. While you eat a healthy diet and doing HIIT you should get good results.
