What is a good way to cook beef ribs?
I have a steamer or a smoker. I have a grill, oven, stove and microwave. I only want my ribs to tender out, i know that smoking is the best, but do not have access to a smoker.
Boil in seasoned water for 20 minutes then put them on the grill and grill with your choice of Bar-bq rub until all the way done. This prevents the meat is too dry.
