What hot insulation material can be coated with Teflon bought? ?

I ask this as i herd, or, in shops you can buy heavy (well insulated, warm and thick) gloves winter clothing wraps, etc. I know Teflon is waterproof, but it windproof? what materials make up This special winter clothing so warm? What is the mixture of impregnated Teflon or materials? Last question ….. where can I buy this material and Speical for example, how much per foot/12 "?
